Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

By placing an order through ORBEEZGUN you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) country.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

There will be an added 10% restocking fee charged to the card on file.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted or refunded.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Correct items will be dispatched upon receiving the returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Note: Upon receiving an order, it is essential to thoroughly inspect the contents. If you receive incorrect products or notice any missing items, please contact customer service immediately for resolution. Failure to report such issues within 30 days of receiving the order will result in will result in the customer forfeiting the right to a resolution or replacement. We reserve the right to decline any requests for assistance made after the 30-day period has elapsed.

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, the incorrect product, the incorrect size or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected].

Please note that for exchange requests, the damaged or incorrect product must be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
